Well, what service!! On 2nd March 2025 I ordered a set of 3 shelves, but when they arrived a different size to that ordered had been sent. I spoke to your customer service and the lady was very apologetic and ordered my original order herself. These promptly arrived but again in the wrong size. Wayfair contacted the distribution centre to see what the problem was. I was asked to wait for a reply. I waited and waited and rang again to see if there was any reply from the distribution centre but there wasn't. The lady said she would try to contact them but to no avail. I rang again on 28th March and spoke to a gentleman and explained the problem. He was so apologetic and cancelled the original order. I ordered 2 piece floating shelves and was assured that my package would be thoroughly checked before being sent out. I must say I was extremely impressed with the customer service. My order arrived within 2 days and was in perfect order.. I also received a full refund on the original order.. I love shopping with Wayfair and have purchased many items. Conservatory furniture will be next.
