Ordering was not as easy as in the past. A code was required. Could not find it. Had to search for a password. Got there in the end. Payment straight forward. Notification of time of delivery appreciated. Pleased with the product. A good price.

Although slightly less chunky looking than I had thought, to be fair, the measurements provided were spot on, so this was my perception from the pictures rather than any misinformation. They look great on my wall and the fixings are really strong so the shelves are robust.
