There were several chips in the veneer, one in particular had actually been sanded down, so it had obviously been noticed by somebody! Fortunately it is covered when lid closed. Since it is for storage in a spare room, it is actually fit for purpose so is acceptable. It was fully assembled, and castors are a bonus.

Unfortunately not well packaged so damaged during delivery. Replacement also damaged similarly. Excellent and extremely helpful customer services team refunded my money and are looking into better packaging so that items can be delivered in the same perfect condition as they left the warehouse. Would buy from Wayfair - with confidence -again. Thank you

This box is well made and is very tasteful looking. It arrived well packaged and it is just what I was looking for. The photo is true to colour.
