9 Pair Shoe Storage Cabinet

I am completely dissatisfied with the product and after-sales service. It’s advertised as holding 9 pairs of shoes, but only 6 fit properly. If you use the top shelves, the shoes slide around and get misshapen. It’s advertised as being able to store ankle-high boots, but not even women’s boots fit. Appalling after-sales service: they don’t answer the phone or reply to emails. It is advertised as holding 9 pairs of shoes, but only 6 fit without damaging their shape. The only way to contact them is via the website chat, which isn’t automated. They won’t let me exchange it for another product, nor have they refunded my money. Waste of money and time.

Purchased this for the reason that it has the shortest diameter compared to the others and it fits perfectly on the corner. As per the description on the site, its made of metal which makes it weight lighter than the others which is a plus point and its already assembled after opening the box which is very hassle free. The only downside is that it could only fit 2 pairs and a half or 5 pcs of shoes per compartment for a child's size and just 2 pairs for adults size of shoes. You should consider changing the description as this leads to failure of expectations. It is also a bit pricey but otherwise, I am happy with the quality, appearance and use of the storage.

LOOKS GREAT , EASY TO HANG ON WALL . GOOD PRICE , BUT THE SPACE IS FOR 9 PAIR IF YOU HAVE SMALL SHOES .

Very nice cabinet and just fit my narrow hallway. And it's sturdy as well.
