For a moodier, more textural finish, the Tayshia Floating Shelves in Matte Black bring understated drama to any wall, supplied as a set of two so you can build a cohesive display straight away. Made from durable MDF with a soft, non-reflective matte coating, these shelves suit modern industrial, moody minimalist or dark academia-inspired interiors, and the flat black tone adds depth without the glare of a glossy finish. This listing includes both 60cm and 80cm lengths, giving you the flexibility to match the shelf size to your available wall space. The concealed fixings, the shelves appear to float against the wall, keeping the visual focus on whatever you choose to display rather than the fixings holding it up. They work well for showcasing framed art, sculptural vases, plants or a small library of books, and the matte finish is particularly good at masking fingerprints and light marks compared with gloss alternatives. Group the two shelves together for a bold, gallery-style statement, or space them apart for a more considered, gallery-inspired layout.
