I have had this shelving unit for about four months now and it is holding up just fine. The size is as expected, and it was easy to put together. My reason for giving it two stars is that it's got to be made of some horribly toxic materials given the strong, terrible odor it gave off from the time I started unpackaging it until about two weeks into having it, and even now if I were to get right up near it and sniff (which I choose not to pursue), it would have that terrible smell. These unassembled shelves arrived wrapped in black bin bag material - not in a box or anything that looks professional. Tape was wrapped around the black bin bags to hold it all together. Very odd. Then, as I said, once I started to cut into the bin bags, that rotten smell was released into the air. I would describe the smell as a combination of toxic plastic fumes and cigar smoke. I needed shelves that were precisely this size, so they did fulfill that requirement for me, but unless you are really desperate for this particular sizing, I would try something else. The smell is that bad.

Great shelves useful in garage, shed or utility room. Easy to assemble.
