I previously posted how great this product is. Unfortunately, when I went to hang my washing out, one arm had buckled and the line was leaning to one side. Now I have to try and return it which is a pain. Only use this for very light things, if you're going to buy it. It's ok for socks and smalls but too feeble for clothes m

Great item. Really easy to put up. I've had it up the past 5 days in the strongest of winds, and it's worked great. Our original was damaged, Wayfair customer service were amazing and sent us the replacement within days. Highly recommend.

This item is as described. However it is a little cumbersome to put up and insert keeper post in place it needs a bit of a nack. Also when I was helping my husband attach to wall via the fixing plate some of the screw holes were difficult to reach I would suggest a slightly longer fixing plate and that the fixings were above the arms rather than below. I used for first time today and my washing is dry

I haven't used it yet, but in terms of installation, it was really simple, even with little experience I was able to install this. 2 people may be useful, but only to hold the line out of the way while screwing it into the wall. Looking forward to seeing if it's as sturdy as I hope
