It was delivered for a birthday present, when it arrived I left it in the box before wrapping. When opened, the pineapple was not attached and it had a small crack (see picture) and a scratch on it!! Really disappointed. Tried to get in touch with anyone and no such luck.

Bought it for my granddaughter for Christmas the pineapple on the top was loose and fell off when I unwrapped it not impressed

The jewellery box is a nice size I purchased this for a 10 year old so it will be perfect, my only complaint is that the gold pineapple had come off the jewellery box when it arrived. I didnt want to return as this is a Christmas present and I was worried it wouldnt come back in time. Overall though it is pretty and I know she will love it.
