TERRIBLE BUILD QUALITY! THE HOOKS WERE BROKEN THE SOME HOLES DIDN’T EVEN MATCH AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE AS PROOF! The BUILD QUALITY IS SO CHEAP DOESNT EVEN LOOK AS GOOD AS IT DOES IN THE PICTURES I BETTER GET A FULL REFUND FOR THIS.

Great concept. However, it will NOT fit high tops OR mens shoes. Dont purchase your plan is storing running shoes unless you have very small feet.

It’s nice, resistant and meets the expectations.

This was a terrible purchase. I had to request additional parts to assemble as the drawer tracks that came with it were not usable. In a pleasant surprise we received and entirely new item. This was fantastic as the original one purchased was unusable after 2 times of opening the shoe drawer. The screws and anchors that came with the unit completely popped out after the drawers were opened twice. As a result we assembled the other one. The EXACT SAME THING happened after a few more uses of the shoe drawers. My initial inclination would be that i assembled it incorrectly however I had the exact same issue with the second unit. I strongly suggest NOT purchasing this item.

Hardware doesn’t fit in the pre-drilled holes. Wayfair sent me 2 units and neither of them could be assembled. Complete waste of time. Don’t bother ordering this.
