Arrived in good time, packaging was so so. They look lovely and will give any room a bit of quirky character however they arrived damaged but it was on the inside so iv not marked them down much. Wayfair customer services are second to none and they gave me a 35 refund on sending proof of the damage in fact iv found customer service brilliant all round even on other items but I cant say the same for some of their products, iv ordered five things recently (one of which was in the 350 pound bracket) and only one of the five arrived undamaged and looked like it did in the picture. Its fare to say this damage was not done in Transit, it was sent out of the warehouse like that. Customers services came up with fast effective solutions to all my issues so its up to you if you want to take pot luck.
