Amaanah Storage Cabinet

This is by far THE worst process to build ever. So many separated unlabelled parts, so so many tiny screws, so many unclear instructions. It took me and my friend over 4 hours to build! A lot of the screw holes don’t match up and you definitely can’t build it alone. I gave it 3 stars still because it does look cute in the end and it’s exactly what we wanted.

This was a very problematic and complicated build, and if my partner hadn’t been here, who’s an engineer, I would have given up early on and returned the item. Now it is built, it looks striking, and is sturdy. But it took over 3 hours to build. It came in a huge amount of pieces, with what seemed like 45,000 teeny tiny screws - we have loads left over. The 35 page instruction booklet often doesn’t make sense, so a lot of swearing was involved in the building of it. You may need a degree in physics to put these shelves together. I love them now they are done, but it nearly cost me my marriage…
