This is a solid heavy set of shelves. The wood is quite light but could easily be removed if you needed to stain it. I returned as not for me as too light but a lovely shelf and super easy returns from Wayfair which means I can.buy with confidence

MATERIAL ✔ The back panel is made of solid mango wood with a natural grain, which is additionally sealed with a clear protective varnish. The frame and shelves are made of powder -coated iron.
CARE ✔ Wipe surfaces with a lukewarm, slightly damp cotton cloth. Recommendation: Repaint the wooden surface with a clear protective varnish (max. Once per year) to prevent water marks or similar. Do not use any harsh or abrasive cleaners and remove any residual moisture with a lint -free cloth. Polishing is not recommended, as it can damage the natural wood of furniture in the long term.
Delivery includes ✔ A wall shelf without decoration. Delivery condition: Fully assembled and securely packaged. Mounting material for wall mounting is not included, as this depends on the nature of the wall.
