The lid arrived damaged. It took nearly 2.5 hours to put the unit together as the holes did not align. It then took 10 weeks to sort out a replacement lid. Whilst eventually the customer service operator who took over the case was amazing, and totally understood my frustration and the situation. I would not purchase from this site again. I can also not recommend the product based on my experience.

i was very worried about this when I read in another review that none of the holes lined up and it was difficult to assemble but I took a chance and am very happy I did. The holes lined up perfectly, it was very easy to assemble and although the instructions were very poor (as usual) it was so obvious what went where that there was no need of instructions The assembled box looks great, the lid fits well and lifts up & down esily and the waterproof inner lining is a blessing. I cannot see how the more expensive boxes costing many hundreds of pounds more than this one could be any better than this one.

Sturdy and roomy. A great place to store our outdoor seating cushions.

When constructed it's actually a good product, but very time consuming to construct. The tools which came with the product are poor and the holes/screws often didn't align. Happy with product now but probably would not have bought if known of hassle to construct. It's a essentially a flat pack construction.
