The specification stated that it came with a base, it did not, so now I've got to source one. Also, the description and images show a convenient flap to remove compost - what it doesn't state or show anywhere is that all 4 panels are identical and the consumer must cut out one of the bottom sections with a knife in order to slot in the flap! This is plastic about 2mm thick as well! Still haven't managed to saw my way through because I don't have an appropriate knife and it blunts others really quick. That is such lazy manufacturing, how can they not do a different mould for one panel?! It's 1/4 of the product so not like it's a really small quantity. Very disappointed with this product and expect compensation for the lack of base stated in the specification as a minimum.
