I received this rug today and although I like the colours,don’t feel it was worth the money as very thin,bit disappointed

Very pleased with item. Easy to assemble. Two parts were missing but arrived in 2 days - excellent service.

The product is fit for purpose, but the reality of the quality is not as described on the Wayfair website. Wayfair says the product is by Ebern Designs, but the packaging says that it is by Daals - who sell the same product directly online. Wayfair proclaims ‘Ebern Designs’ premium-quality furniture’ - but this cabinet is cheap chipboard with inherent disadvantages such as careful assembly needed to avoid splits. The crowning ‘premium’ touch is provision of coloured adhesive plastic discs to cover the screw holes. The product arrived well-packaged, but most of the packaging was polystyrene that must go to landfill. Broken up into small pieces, the polystyrene filled half my dustbin. Away from the quality issues, the product serves the desired purpose - tidy, accessible and hidden storage for shoes in the hall. Each drawer has two shelves; these shelves will take a low design shoe such as size 11 slippers. The width will take 3 pairs of smaller shoes. We have removed the upper shelf from one drawer to accommodate raised shoes such as trainers; they have to be stored heel down to avoid topple-over when the drawer is closed. We decided to accept the lower quality than implied and keep the product as it works - as being the easier option than disassembly and return. However, a less than desirable experience.
