20 Pair Shoe Storage Cabinet

I dont think very much as item not received despite having to request it 4 times and trying to cancel.the order once! Apparently now delivered to.me, but no idea whereas not received. Signed for by someone called mr Singh like previous reviewer. Terrible service wayfair. Wasted over two and a half months waiting for this item and think there is something fraudulent going on.

I have contact your CS dept to advise I have not recd this item although your system stated it was delivered on 26/02/20and signed for by a Mr SINGH who is niot known to me I have no neighbours with that name. The matter is being investigated and I am waiting for a response

Overpriced rubbish. The finish on this is well below satisfactory: on delivery the surface on some edges was already chipped and excess glue was stuck along the runners (although one runner wasn't glued in at all). Assembly was difficult because of the cheap lug fixings which do not grip properly and are loose in the holes. The lug caps provided are stick on paper! that tells you all you need to know about the quality of this product. It is impossible to achieve 100% square so consequently the sliding doors do not meet the edges properly or stay completely closed. I think this is, without doubt, the worst self assembly product I have ever had to put together and I cannot see it lasting very long. Not what you expect for the price. The only saving grace is the narrow design is perfect for a small room offering plenty of compact, useful storage for mens brogues and boots and without having to allow for door opening room. The only reason I have not returned this to Wayfair is that I am desperate for the storage until I can find another, more robust alternative.

Delayed delivery as something wrong with first shipment. Wayfair has followed up straight away and re-ordered for me. Approx 10 weeks wait for the product. Not difficult to put together. There is a small gap to the side when one side of the sliding door is closed. Spacious inside but would be better if the height of the shelves can be adjusted. Overall fair.
