You need better instructions and a couple of pieces did not have holes in them.

We really like the design of this but there were a couple of small areas of damage hence the 4 star. A couple of improvements I would like is bigger print instructions or link to view online. Would also be beneficial if the pieces were labelled to match the instructions.

I would not advise anyone to buy this shoe storage as it is badly designed in 2 parts which fit on top of each other but with only 4 cams holding them together. We spent hours building it according to the (poor) instructions, only for it to fall apart and break in two when we tried to lift it to the upright position, damaging the back in the process. It was not a particularly cheap product but the fixings are definitely CHEAP.

The unit is not like in the picture it comes in two pieces and you can see the join on the side..took two deliveries to receive it …nightmare to assemble ..not great quality and not worth the money
