This was my first time ordering from Wayfair, and I never expected to receive a product of such extremely poor quality. The material is so flimsy that it cannot even hold the screws properly. As a result, the entire structure is loose, unstable, and parts are already broken. It is completely unusable. I have never encountered such substandard quality in any product in my life, especially not for something priced at nearly €186. I have attached photos for your reference, clearly showing the damage and the poor build quality. I am genuinely upset and don’t know what to do with this situation. I am not even in a position to dispose of this item—it is too large and fragile to simply throw away.
