Elora 10 Pair Shoe Storage Cabinet

I would like to raise a complaint about this order, please. The new door has arrived and as we’ve started to build the unit noticed that the quality of the top piece isn’t as expected the edges of it already look worn and then we’ve come to screw the handles in and the screws are too short with use the correct ones of the Lancaster shoe storage assembly instructions and the handles just pull out as soon as you open the door I’m really disappointed by the quality of this unit. and would like this raised as a complaint as it was not at all worth the price we paid

Eight adult-size pairs of shoes at most! Didn’t go together very well, and the doors are not a good fit. Overall, disappointing

Super fast delivery of what was a very easy to assemble flat pack shoe cupboard. The quality is exceptional strong and solid I couldn’t fault it. A Happy Customer

Really annoyed as you build it and then find it’s not fit for purpose. Sturdy piece of furniture with really paper think back. It does not fit 10 pairs of shoes. I am struggling to fit 8 pairs., even if the definition is shoes meaning small dress shoes, it would still only fit 8 at a push and if you are a size 10 foot then no again. It did not need a centre part which would have given a tiny bit more Room. more room. They must allow for men’s modern shoes today or trainers even.. this is misleading . It also took 1.5 hours to build with an experienced person with drill, it’s fiddly and you really have to know what you are doing.
