Actual product reasonably good but the XDP delivery and assembly instructions appalling. The delivery by XDP was showing as 'at depot' for several days and finally was delivered by a guy that does collection. When I asked he said no one was prepared to take it as it was too heavy!! So no tracking it just arrived and it was luck we were in! The completed product seems to be ok other than the hardware supplied is very low quality and there is a small gap around the base and the sides, easily large enough for an enterprising mouse to find and chew into your cushions when the weather turns cold! Some wire mesh should sort this but should not be necessary. On Assembly , wow , crazy instructions , it says you have two short sides (ends) A and two long sides B (front and back). This in itself is incorrect as the ends are handed and the long sides are front an back. So these should be left end A , right end B, Front side C and rear side D. If you mix up A and B the hinge connectors end up on the rear long side but the gas lift connectors (on the sides) are at the front which doesn't work. We had to take apart and start again but with the poor quality hardware this was challenging! The long sides are more obvious but again have to be the correct way round. the front has a small logo and the rear has the hinge attachments. It says 15 minutes and that is probably correct if the instructions were correct!
