This shoe rack is an absolute waste of money and should never have been sold as a functional piece of furniture. Right out of the box, it was clear this product was a failure—multiple parts were broken and scratched upon arrival. Out of patience and good faith, we didn’t complain initially, but that was clearly a mistake. Since day one, screws have been falling out constantly, requiring daily repairs to keep this flimsy structure intact. The drawers are now collapsing entirely because the screws simply wont hold. It’s infuriating, impractical, and a never-ending source of stress. This is not normal wear and tear—this is blatant product failure. To make matters even worse, this shoe rack is essentially a **kids shoe rack**. Anything above UK7 doesn’t fit, making it completely unsuitable for adults. This was not mentioned anywhere in the product description, which is deeply misleading. I’ve shown immense patience, but I’m done. This product is unfit for purpose and a total waste of money. I demand a refund immediately. I’ve attached photos of the issues to illustrate just how disastrous this product is.

Easy to assemble, looks good and is very practical.

fast delivery, however, instructions are not so great and the locking screw is really weak, so be very careful as i broke couple of them and they don't provide additional spare ones, product looks great, but a bit concerned about its durability.
