Not happy!Item arrived within time slot,polite young man,yes,but not allowed to help move HUGE,HEAVY parcel from small vestibule into living room-I am 74 years old,living on my own and I am expected to manoeuvre this heavy article on my own!-will never order anything that weighs about 5lbs from Wayfair again!

Great item fairly easy to assemble. Delivery was not so great sent message to courier.

Had a well known brand storage box already but unfortunately it was too small to hold our new garden furniture cushions. So first place I went to was Wayfair as this is my usual go to especially if I'm looking for unique and bigger and better! Came across Lifetime and decide to read the reviews which mentioned hold 2 sets of cushions and issue with missing pre-drilled holes or doesn't line up properly. Anyway I went ahead and decided to purchase as you can't always go by others views. Lifetime box arrived very quickly and well packaged, me and my son proceeded to put the box together, all went very well other than I let my husband use his beast (impact driver) as he calls it to do the last bit which the holes aren't there but the driver pushes the screws through so not a problem. Had no problems with lining up holes and box was done. Went to put the cushions in to find that only the seat pads could fit in and I could not get the backs or scatter cushions in. Good thing I kept the box of the garden furniture as the backs had to go back in the box till we got another storage box. 1st box I'd ordered in the sale which was a great price £131 new. Anyway went to order the 2nd box to find price had shot up to £192, yikes so we held off till Black Friday July which came round very quickly and price had dropped but still £142. I then saw open box £122 so decided what the heck and purchased it, Wayfair said it was inspected and in working order other than I can't return. Took a chance and it paid off as 2nd box up and no problems went together with ease other than one of the hinge pistons was a bit harder than usual to get on , but hubby got it on thank goodness. We got all our cushions in and finally could get rid of the garden furniture boxes that were currently hold the cushions. What I liked about reviews was they all said waterproof, we've had a heavy burst of rain amongst the heatwaves we are experiencing in the South East and cushions stayed dry no water or spiders, one thing we did have with old storage box was spiders nesting, yik!!! Word of warning if you have a large garden furniture set like we do then 1 box won't do, if you however have a smaller set you might be alright. Most of all very happy with our storage boxes thanks to Lifetime and Wayfair!

Very nice storage box but assembling it was a bit of a nightmare. A drill is essential for assembly as some parts of the holes don’t match. I love the product though - suited our needs in that it is big enough for two sets of garden furniture cushions.
