Wicker Wheeled Shopping Basket

Wicker Wheeled Shopping B... i NEED RUBBER WHEEL COVERS SIZE 4.3 inches, 11m diameter for the above product - to reduce the noise of the wheels. any ideas/ I have tried on line but they are two small and for double wheeled suitcases. You have the photo above.

Love it to look at but received it in a damaged box & no packing....result is that the wooden insert at the bottom of the basket is cracked from one side to the opposite side. It's also unstable. I'm not going to use it for the intended purpose.... it's too risky. I will buy another sturdy basket on wheels as previously bought/used. Would you please give a refund against this basket on wheels. It even tips over... it's really not safe to use. I wasn't over- filling it..... it's to do with rickety wheel. I look forward to your reply.
