Poor quality. Cheap and flimsy. Has broken in under 6 months. Contacted Wayfair who offered me a 10% discount, which I refused. They immediately increased the offer to 35%, which I refused. I then pointed out my consumer rights and, as if by magic, they offered me a full refund. During the conversation Wayfair tried to convince me that if I want to return the item, I have to disassemble it. That is incorrect for faulty items. Learn the relevant laws Wayfair.

Excellent bin storage. Son put together in an hour. Sturdy and looks great. Fast delivery and well packaged.

Overall very happy with this bin store. Opened packaging to a lovely aroma of cedar! Instructions were okay, had to really look at some of the pictures to infer positioningdirection of some pieces, however all went together as expected. Predrilled holes in some cases (though not all), which is helpful. One of the back crossbars split unfortunately (not sure if due to shipping, softer wood and not a thick piece tbf), but we glued it with Gorilla Glue and all works fine. Speaking of, there was sadly loads of plastic and styrofoam which is unfortunate… strongly suggest manufacturer reconsider sustainable options.

Quite easy to assemble, looks good and hides the unsightly bins.
