Despite this description on the website “Note: Please cover the pillow box with waterproof cloth/material to prevent rain from entering the box if it rains”, it is most definitely not waterproof or even slightly water resistant. The contents of the box were completely saturated as you can see in the image a large puddle of water in the bottom. My golf bag and shoes are ruined, the clubs left rusty, along with the cushions in the box which are soggy and mouldy. This is so disappointing as it looks beautiful on the terrace, easy to install but fitted with a cover which is clearly not fit for purpose. My thought are the zips must not be waterproof. This will cost me a fortune to replace the items no longer usable. Sadly, I replaced our Keter box which we had for years with this Rattan one as it matched the outdoor furniture. After 10 years, the Keter one is still waterproof.

Really dissatisfied with this storage box. It looks great and fits most of my cushions and says it’s waterproof!! Unfortunately I definately is not waterproof and not even shower proof. Shame because it is lovely to look at. Sadly cushion were soaked right through, these pictures only show the ones that were saved.

Not good quality at all very cheaply made and doesn’t for together properly so trying to return it wouldn’t recommend
