I ordered this over Christmas and it arrived early It was shipped on a pallet as stated relly well packed I also ordered the base I was shocked at how many piece arrived but it was easy to put together It's a two man job at times but very easy if you follow the instructions and videos One problem I had could not find a plan for my base or floor sizes It's up and been tested the last few days as we have a storm at the moment so far so good 👍
