This item looks good and is sturdy for its purpose. Assembly was not easy: I needed 3 hands (I only have 2) and many of the bolts that connected the shelves to the main frame did not fit easily through the pre-punched holes; luckily I had a hammer handy! Construction was fiddly to say the least and took around 3/4 hour. But now it is assembled, it does the job and looks great in my compact hallway.
