Upon first use, it was already broken, which is completely unacceptable. The material feels very fragile and brittle, and it definitely doesn’t seem built to last. On top of that, the design is not practical at all — it’s not spacious enough to hold a reasonable amount of laundry, making it quite inconvenient for everyday use.
