I'm very happy from the product but received Broken Parts need to improve packing nd not write or sign on the box fergile item received open box so not a good experience from this website i don't think I'll order again

Came in flat-pack box. Fairly straightforward to assemble. Just need a small hammer to knock brackets into tighter positions. Have got loads of shoes & boots inside. Put heavier ones at bottom. Looks great & keeps them all clean & dust free. Looks great outside my room on landing.
