Suncast Haven Mega Tall Storage Cabinet

This cabinet is used in my basement to store mainly my can goods. The cabinet is huge and I love the deep shelves! This is very strong as I have heavy cans and the shelves do not bow. I am extremely happy that I decided on this one!

So overall we are happy with this cabinet. It is not the best looking cabinet but, for the price, it is very functional. We use it to store our pool towels, Floaties, pool toys, etc. Now, it took my wife and I about 1.5 hours to put this together. A big suggestion is to search Suncast mega tall storage cabinet review and watch this video before you start assembling this product. The instructions are OK but the video shows problem areas and really helps make the assembly a lot easier because you’re prepared for those areas.

This cabinet was just what I needed for the garage. It’s not super heavy duty like some of the metal offerings out there, but that comes with some advantages, like being easier to assemble, less expensive, and easier to move it around. It wasn’t hard to put together. Delivery was hassle free. Took an amateur less than an hour and had good instructions. Price was fair, albeit a bit higher than a big box retailer, but Wayfair had it in stock and they did not. Will see how it holds up, but I’d recommend it so far.

Great size for our daycare storage. Sadly the top right corner will not stay connected when the sun heats up. It’s almost like it melted I was forced to add an anchor and screw. Which has held up well.

We purchased this for our garage and absolutely wouldn’t recommend it. The entire unit is just two-sided, hollow plastic that snaps together. The description says the shelves can hold 70lbs which is laughable I can store a few shop towels and light items and that’s it—anything heavier and the shelf collapses. We were never able to attach the plastic handles because they wouldn’t snap into place correctly.
