Easy to assemble, great quality, makes a perfect storage unit and additional seating!

I purchased this deck box in white as described on the website listing. It arrived a grayish/beige wash in a box labeled white. Called Wayfair and they told me the best discount they could give me was 15% off. I asked what my other options were as I ordered white because I wanted white (imagine that). They told me I could return, but there would be a return fee. I told them that was abused customer service ans I ordered what was described as WHITE. After viewing the photos I submitted, they agreed that it was not even close to white and they offered me a much better discount - which I accepted. I assembled and there are noticeable flaws and while I am ok with these flaws as it will be outside on the porch, others may not appreciate these flaws (see pics). However, you can’t expect much more from cheaper wood - it’s eucalyptus. But I don’t exactly think it’s worth $177 - it’s worth what I ended up paying with my discount though, which is why I kept it. I highly doubt it would hold up long outside - but it’s not bad for an indoor or covered porch area. I hope the humidity won’t warp it. Time will tell.

Poor quality. I've had this for a couple of months and it is already bowed. Would not recommend this for use outside.

Great Idea - Poor Quality I ordered one in black for pool toy storage. The first one arrived with a warped front panel. I contacted customer service and they sent out a second box, but the lid on this on is warped and the predrilled screw holes were not positioned correctly. We will use them for the summer, but will have to replace them after that. Poor quality materials and construction. Disappointing.

This was a pleasant surprise in its quality. Not sure how it will hold up outside in our humid southern climate and it isn’t waterproof but it’s shallow depth made it a perfect fit in an awkward corner of our deck. It provides good storage for all the odds and ends that were formerly cluttering our deck space. Bonus that it doubles as a bench seat.
