Shark Bagless Steam Cleaner & Steam Mop

I would have given a five star but mop is a bit too heavy for me, that being said, I had amazing help from head office from a chap called Oliver. So I decided on this model because of the hand held feature. I also bought my daughter the same mop for her birthday and she would give a 5. I was so shocked by the amount of dirt was on the mop head, no streaks and it drys so fast. I have used it as a had held to clean around my loos. In fact I did whole house and apart from weight , can’t fault it.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago, love the floor cleaner but when I used the hand held option to clean my hob the handle got so hot I couldn’t hold it, a bit disappointing

The mop is great for floors, works really well. Very disappointed with the handheld and attachments - it's heavy, cumbersome, and you need to hold it in one hand whilst using the wand with the other hand. Only good for cleaning flat or vertical surfaces like cupboard doors and worktops. Not good at all for cleaning the oven and fridge, sinks and showers. Doesn't destroy mould in the bathroom. I had another multi-function steam mop from a different brand that was much better at all cleaning jobs and almost half the price

This steamer is total rubbish, I had a simpler one before this one, much easier to use, this one is very heavy to use, the clips for changing over the mop are very cumbersome and now after 2.5yrs purchase, whereby I had a broken arm since last May 25, I have not used it. Today I took it out to use...........rubbish, it could not bring itself to give me a head of steam. Shark, you need to do better this is my second steamer and I am now looking around for other supplier's.

Never had a steam cleaner before, oh my can’t believe how much dirt came up after first clean. Not used hand held yet, but really impressed with floor so definitely recommended
