Rim lock and key are provided. Framing is an impressive 44 mm square. The high-grade shiplap cladding provides much-improved weatherproofing and longevity. The internal working height is 6 feet at the eaves, giving a comfortable working environment for the vast majority. Both the roof and floor are of tongued and grooved pine and the floor has close-spaced bearers for added support. The windows are storm-resistant joinery-quality frames glazed with 3 mm glass. All of the timber is sourced only from very slow-grown, high-grade FSC European pine. Mineral roof felt supplied. The building is provided with a basecoat treatment ready for top coating by the customer immediately after installation.
