This is the 2nd mop I have purchased. The first did not work. You sent a replacement which arrived on 15th March. This is the result of the mop cloth after one use. As you can see full of holes. There was only one cloth provided. Could you please compensate me on some way. Thank you

It’s probably the worst thing I’ve ever bought because it’s stopped working also I would like a replacement one sent out to me please ASAP And the clip doesn’t clip in properly at all so the head always falls out ... Regards Kirk
