1 star because I can’t leave 0. Arrived looking fine. But the clip that fixes the and releases it was missing so the lid just flapped about inside the bin. Was happy to receive a refund but wayfair wouldn’t take it back and bin men won’t take it so stuck with it. Wayfair helpfully asked if I could “DONATE’’ it? It’s broken. Who could I donate it to. So now it’s lingering around bothering me.

Fitted well for my bathroom. Great colour

Bin quality is fine, but the listing specs say 35cmx35cm and it’s actually 39cm which makes it too big for my space. Wayfair wanted £6.99 for return shipping, even though I need to return it due to incorrect info on the site. I also spoke with customer service and they said there was nothing they could do except give me a 15 refund and I keep it or I pay to ship it back. Horrible customer service requiring the customer to pay for their mistake.
