Only had it a few months and the plastic mop head attachment shattered when in use!!! Didnt perform too great, won’t be sorry to throw it in a skip

Very disappointed that it came with only one cleaning pad, and it is not possible to buy more as Tower do not sell them as a consumable. Had I realised this, I would not have bought the item. I have a lot of floors to clean, and have tried to buy generic replacements, but none fit. Bought this as it had a detergent tank. Wish i had bought a vileda, which comes with 3 pads, and extras are cheap and easy to buy.

The grout cleaner attachment bristles spread and were ruined after trying for 30 seconds. The mop doesn’t clean very well and my grout is still dirty
