• Compatible with Various Tanks: Our refrigerant tank rack features adjustable mounting holes at the front and back, allowing you to customise shelf and stopper heights based on tank sizes. The rack measures 372 x 355 x 1170 mm, accommodating standard gas cylinders weighing between 13.6 kg and 22.7 kg. Maximise space efficiency while ensuring proper storage.
• 22.7 kg Loading Capacity per Tier: Manufactured from 1.5 mm thick carbon steel with a protective powder coating, this cylinder rack offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability. Each tier can support up to 22.7 kg. The reinforced design enhances stability, withstands impacts, and ensures long-term safety.
• Secure Transport: Tilted storage shelves prevent tanks from sliding, significantly reducing the risk of accidents. Carbon steel fixing bars on both sides are specifically designed for transport vehicles, featuring pre-drilled holes for various van interiors and carriages. Included screws allow for a secure, shift-free attachment.
• Quick-Securing Design: Heavy-duty nylon straps and carbon steel hanging rings enable rapid securing of cylinders. Simply thread the strap through the tank handle, adjust the length, and hook it onto the rings. The lightweight yet durable nylon material offers excellent tensile strength and abrasion resistance.
• Easy Installation: Our well-designed refrigerant cylinder rack features a logical assembly process. Begin by assembling the four frame sections, then adjust the shelf and backstop to suit your specific tank size. The clear and detailed manual ensures a hassle-free setup for all users.
