Decent once you know what to expect. The shelves do NOT come with a mallet, even though it says it does. That was an immediate annoyance, alright to be fair you don't really need one - whacking the bits with your fist will do it. The instructions are mostly good, but there's a few sections which are vague - almost as if a bit is missing (even though there's not). A few of the diagrams such as the mid-shelf strut is confusing, the wording makes sense but the drawing doesn't match up with what bits you have. Best advice, build the shelves EXTREMELY close to where you want them - don't expect to be able to move them because if you try to lift even the bottom half up, parts will start dropping off or detaching. When you secure the lower/upper right angle fixings, the manual says to just "slot them in" but you'll want to use a screwdriver to bend those too, only slightly so they're more locked in position than just "sitting". The shelves are pretty unstable until the wooden shelves go in but once you load them up with more weight, they become more stable. Overall they do the cheap, I only needed a few sets of cheap shelves for 6 months as temporary storage and at approx £50 a unit you can't really complain.

Bought these for a new unit to store garage items Once built they are sturdy and am well pleased with the quality.

Very flimsy . Strength up once build is complete . Maybe drill holes to pop rivet it for extra strength

I compared 3 bay 5 tier racking for a couple of months before finally purchasing these. Easily the best value for money. The finish is beautiful, it doesn't look like cheap rubbish. Assembly is very straight forward and easy to do. Only negative point is the instructions could be clearer on how to properly connect to make 5 tier racking. It's very clear how to make 2 work benches but when it came to using the connector to make the 5 tier racking it wasn't clear at all as there was 4+ ways to try connect things up at that point. Common sense would prevail and help you figure out the most secure connection at this point BUT I feel the instructions should eliminate the possibility of building it wrong.

My garage was a mess; you couldn't move for all the clutter e.g. tools, boxes, bags of BBQ coals/lumpwood and plenty of other stuff. I was so thrilled once I"d put it all together, I completely forgot to take pics. I can see this particular items is now sold out, so I"m glad I managed to find this site beforehand. Now all I need are some storage boxes for icing on the cake!
