I can't believe how sturdy this is for the price. I use it with both rails for displaying my hand made kid's clothing. I take it part way apart to transport to craft fairs. The higher level rail means no space is wasted in your room or at your stall. Used with kid's hangers I also bought from Wayfair.

Well packaged with each part clearly labelled & easy to follow pictorial instructions. Fixed together simply as all plastic joints were in place. Very sturdy and well designed. Easily moved as on casters with a locking device. Shiny stainless steel rods. Holds lots of items and adapts in both length and height to the space available. It is exactly right for it’s intended position in an alcove. Would highly recommend this product which I was able to assemble quickly unaided.
