Looks great in garden, big size, lined, sturdy, need 2 people to assemble but quite straightforward.

It took a very long time to be delivered( approx 1 month) Also it took me 3 hrs to assemble!

The box itself is as I expected but I would never order it again. First of all delivery was a nightmare with Wayfair unable to provide an accurate delivery date - it moved 3 times - once on the day of delivery when I had organised my entire week to be at home on this day. Their call centre staff seemed to have no idea how difficult something like that is organise. Secondly the box was ridiculously complicated to put together and the instructions were woeful. It was incredibly hard to build and the instructions were next to no help. I freely admit that I am not the most practical person but I am perfectly capable of following clear instructions. These were not provided. Do not buy.

Item is robust but not quite the same usual smooth rattan finish you expect. The lid lever snapped on first use and the zip up bag is too small. awaiting replacement parts

The box I received was plasticrattan, the only metal piece was the lid and the edges of the panels. One panel had been drilled incorrectly and didn’t line up. Pretty disappointed really. Shopping was also a shambles with no correct updates. It sat at the couriers not picked up for over a week.
