It is not bad once it arrived but it took a very long time to come. Apparently the first order was lost in transit... who knows with the way some couriers behave these days... A nice product though! It does the job very well. We were probably unlucky with the long delivery.

Don’t buy this unless you are prepared to spend ridiculous amounts of time peeling off the protective film on each panel, inch by inch. It’s as if it’s been stuck on with a heat gun. I’ve been at it half an hour and I’m still not finished the first panel.

Smaller than I expected but still good value. It would be helpful if sizes are also displayed in feet and inches for older people.

This was very flimsy for price, came damaged with dents and scratches. Would not recommend.

We have been using this outside as a parcel box for over a year now and it has made our lives easier! Much less issues with lost delivery!

This is not a bad product per se, the problem is the packaging. It is not strong enough for the weight of the components, so they can easily get bent during transit. Our first one had a badly bent lid and, whilst Wayfair immediately sent another, that one still had (acceptable) damage. It takes a LONG time to put together as others have noted, especially removing the anti-scratch film from all the components. I strongly recommend having a 6mm box spanner available to help in tightening the small bolts. As I have since found out, this is a pretty generic box available under a number of brands and, I hate to say it, you can get it cheaper elsewhere.

Initially we felt that the container would be great. Strong and safe for garden items. However, in the damp weather the container now seems to be letting slugs in. We cannot see any gaps but there must be something not meeting together properly and it only takes a tiny gap For a slug to slither in. Am now looking at changing it to something more secure from these nasties !!!!

Hard to set up and i can’t make it square so the lid doesn’t close

difficult to build, some parts doesnt match (one of the metal bar for the base is too short). otherwise pretty good.

Great box, however it was quite difficult to put it together without scratching it.
