The internal bag which is advertised as waterproof is quite the opposite, it actually takes on alot of water and then retains in a sweat box environment - meaning any cushions, fabrics or similar are an absolute hive for mould and damage very quickly - bought this box with the internal bag as it was designed and marketed as able to keep outdoor cushions/pillows dry! It's ended up ruining them. So I'm now down about £800 on this and the things it's ruined - awful, awful experience. Also, can't apply for a refund or return! Even if I could, it wouldn't save my damaged cushions. Distraught to be quite honest.

This product is not fit for purpose. We looked for ages for an ideal storage solution for our garden swing cushions and thought we had found it. It looked great on our deck and the cushions fitted perfectly, but we had two showers today and all of the cushions were soaked through and there was a puddle at the bottom of the box. The box is stored against the house and away from direct weather so clearly is neither weather resistant nor waterproof. Now we have a box on our deck that cannot be used for storage and the cushions are drying out in the garage - only hope they dry out and are not stained or go mouldy!
