Wham Crystal 60L Plastic Storage Box Pack of 5 Clear (Set of 5)

One of the outer delivery boxes of 5 storage boxes was damaged and all 5 were cracked. Obtaining a replacement is taking ages, repeat visits to chat not really producing any progress. A bin we also ordered at the same time, 3 weeks ago, has been given 2 delivery dates, neither happened, and now on hold again for another update. Not holding my breath. unimpressed. The replacement boxes were also delivered damaged (we just about have 10 usable from the 15 delivered). The bin eventually turned up.......damaged

The lids break really easily. Most of them have broken quite easily unfortunately

Very impressed with customer service, 4 of my boxes were damaged in transit and they replaced all 4 broken boxes for free. Amazing service

Not happy as this was the second and third time my boxes have been badly pack and because of that they turn up damaged and then km still waiting for the replacements I was told that where on there way but only got 1 lids and two boxes and I’m still waiting for the other replacement for the other 3 that where damaged
