I like the the design and the principle of operation. We just assembled and put it into use a week ago, so have not seen results yet. The composter arrived quickly but was quite difficult to assemble. The two bins seem to slide back and forth on their support shaft a bit too freely, so my husband inserted a spacer to stabilze them and make it easier to lock them into position.
