[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently switched to the gravity charcoal grill/smoker after my pellet smoker’s auger died. I love the flavor and cook on the gravity series, I’ve made pulled pork, pizzas, while chicken and ribeyes. Everything came out great. The flavor, even cooking and temperature control are fantastic.
The overall feel and build quality are great. The WiFi control is easy to use and works great.
The cons, the pizza oven makes great tasting pizzas but is cumbersome and hard to store, there’s several pieces to keep track of.
Also, the safety shut off switches in both the top fill lid of the hopper and ash door stopped working within one week, both switches are stuck pressed in and don’t operate.. Gordon Shumway. Sparta Nc. Wed Sep 16 2026
