The piece of furniture in itself is really nice. However, I do advise everyone to check it for flaws before putting together as we didn't (an error of judgement on our part) and only noticed after putting it together it had a tear in the fabric. Also the fitting to attach the gas spring on the lid was at a ninety degree angle. The fitting was fortunately able to be fixed. Maybe better packaging would have helped. One star because I can't give cero. Appalling courier, DHL, 5 consecutive days announced the delivery and then cancelled. I called Wayfair on the 4th day and they told me that I had entered into a contract and if I didn't take delivery (because I could not stay in more days waiting for it) they will deliver to a neighbour either if I liked it or not. And they would not take cancelation, breaching the distance selling act and the consumer credit act. I was expecting the buttons on top to be covered in the same fabric as the rest of the ottoman as per the online photo. Instead shiny glass-like buttons have been used which makes it look a lot less elegant, which is unfortunate as it was not an inexpensive purchase.
