I would have given a five star but mop is a bit too heavy for me, that being said, I had amazing help from head office from a chap called Oliver. So I decided on this model because of the hand held feature. I also bought my daughter the same mop for her birthday and she would give a 5. I was so shocked by the amount of dirt was on the mop head, no streaks and it drys so fast. I have used it as a had held to clean around my loos. Great mop and great that you can flip the cleaning pad to continue mopping or use it to dry the floor you’ve just steamed. Handy to throw the pad into the wash after use. Just wish steam mops could be cordless, plugging in and trailing the lead around is a bit annoying but I like cleaning the floors with steam so can’t complain. Marion. Glasgow. Mon Jun 09 2025
