Overall, I'm really happy with this bookshelf. It feels solid, sturdy, and well made, with a nice finish and colour that look great in the room. I also like that it can be mounted either vertically or horizontally, which gives you flexibility depending on your space. A few things to be aware of: - If you're not confident with wall mounting, I'd recommend getting someone experienced to install it. It's quite heavy, and mistakes can easily damage your wall. - No wall screws or fixings are included, so you'll need to buy the correct ones yourself. I found it a bit confusing to work out the right size. - Because it's heavy, make sure you use suitable fixings, especially if you're mounting it on a plasterboard wall. - The small stickers supplied to cover the screw heads don't match the shelf colour very well, so they stand out more than expected. The vinyl isn't a particularly attractive design, some of the parts are slightly damaged and touched up with black paint and the stickers to cover the screws aren't particularly sticky or large enough. Very poor. So bad, I have built it, but wont put it on the wall and will take to the recycling centre instead. Terrible design. More holes that required (no doubt to cut costs and keep panels similar) as such lots of holes in the finished article. All fixings are visible in the finished piece. Colour matched stickers provided, but none of th holes are countersunk, so fixings are proud of the surface and stickers dont work. I am shocked that someone can sell something this poor.
