Really love this shoe cupboard and after waiting a few weeks for it to arrive, I was very disappointed (as it came in two packages) when I went to put it together to find they had sent light oak shelving and base and white door and sides and graphite top - ie mixing two different units - they couldn’t replace as was now out of stock and couldn’t just send two replacement doors and sides (clearly had as was available in different combinations on the website) and couldn’t replace with another colour. Was offered a hefty discount but when something is that expensive you want it to be right and only option if still want is to order at a higher cost in a different colour. Second time lucky - came correct although had to order a different colour and surprising very easy to assemble and looks pretty smart - first photo to finished product ( this order) the other four are the first incorrect mixed up order.
