The evolutionary Darwin shed is the perfect design if you want the look and feel of wood with all of the benefits and ease of plastic. A Keter shed provides ample airflow by having specifically placed vents but, as with any shed, condensation can form. If you do see signs of condensation here are hints to help you to protect the contents of your shed. To prevent condensation inside your shed, wherever possible, do not allow any excess moisture inside the shed. To do this try and ensure all equipment inside the shed such as camping gear or sporting goods are cleaned and dried before storing them in the shed. Try to let as much air inside the shed on cooler, dry days, by opening the shed doors. This will help the air circulation inside the shed and will drop the humidity level inside. Please note the durable material that all Keter sheds are made of will not be affected by moisture or condensation as part of the Keter no maintenance promise.

Great little shed. As long as you follow the instructions, it's pretty straightforward to put together. Take note of the 4x corner panels and the dimensions - the 2 sides are different widths so if you don't get them the correct way round, it won't fit together properly. Found the roof panels a bit tricky to get under the small lip, other than that I'm really pleased with the shed.. Jane. Uk. Fri Jul 17 2026

Have the look of a wooden shed without maintenance. Constructed from Evotech Composite, an advanced resin technology that ensures durability. It is fully weather-resistant, so you'll never have to worry about panels warping, overlapping, or cracking. Designed with convenience in mind, you can build your Darwin shed in just a few hours. No unique skills are required, all you'll need is a hand drill and a step ladder. With a floor panel to protect against mud and rainwater and built-in ventilation to allow ample airflow, the Darwin shed keeps belongings protected all year round.

Delivery: Ordered Sunday evening and arrived Monday lunchtime: extremely quick. Construction: Form other reviews I thought it would be a nightmare, but it was straightforward & simple. Lay out all materials and read all instructions carefully (including having a solid/level foundation to build from). There are a few tricky bits- namely the last roof panel corner which is hard to snap in place (I had to pry it in using a flat-head screwdriver with a bit of local damage to the plastic which settled back). Vast majority was a 1-person job, I only had to ask my wife a couple of times for a few moments. Recommend using a drill for most of the self-tapping screws into the plastic panelling as there are a lot. Overall it took me around 6/7hrs so allow a full day shift. Product: Overall I’m very happy with the quality of the shed. It is sturdier than I anticipated (of course not as much as a wooden shed but certainly strong enough for the sheltered area I’ve placed it). For the price I paid I am delighted with the purchase.. This tool shed is designed in the country house style and is characterized by a large amount of space for storing a wide variety of garden tools. On the right-hand side, there is room for longer items, while on the left-hand side, smaller utensils and tools can be stored on two shelves. The doors are equipped with elegant knob-shaped handles and black fittings. The two doors are each closed by two magnets at the top and bottom. The feet of the equipment cabinet are covered with plastic sleeves to protect the cabinet and the wood from floor moisture. The roof of the garden cabinet is made of plastic with a silver-grey aluminum look to protect it from rain and snow. The entire cabinet is pre-glazed in grey. For a final treatment, it can be painted either with colourless glaze or another weather protection colour.

Wide-opening double doors provide convenient access to contents, while an integral window (which can be located on either side of the shed) and skylight provide ample access to natural light. There are also air vents to enable air circulation, as well as prevent condensation and the build-up of moisture. The 6 x 6 comes complete with two shelves and brackets, while a heavy-duty floor helps to keep wet weather and unwanted pests out. The shed is also designed to be secured with a standard padlock (not included) for peace of mind. Manufactured in durable, weather-resistant resin with steel reinforcement, the Factor 6 x 6 is designed to be virtually maintenance and fade-free. Just an occasional light wash is all that is required to keep it looking new. The factor 6 x 6 is designed for self-assembly with limited knowledge of DIY skills. We lost an existing shed to a falling tree recently so we fortunately already had a base. I would not recommend building this on the ground. Needs a slab or some sort of structure. Anyhow, the shed came neatly packed in two boxes. I must admit, it was intimidating to see all of the parts and screws but they were all organized well and easy to identify. As is often the case with these types of projects, the instructions could use some help. It was a two day effort with two people. But it is up. Good value for the money. I deducted a star for the plastic film that everything was wrapped in. Not fun to remove.. Marie. Fall City, WA. Fri Dec 20 2024
